If something isn't right, we completely understand.

We want you to have a positive experience whilst shopping with us, so do please take note of this page to avoid disappointment.

Contact us first

Please make sure you contact us first before your return any item. We won't be able to process your return or refund you if you haven't let us know first - sorry!

Please note, we might ask for a photo if the item is faulty - we appreciate all feedback so that we can become better at what we do.

How long do I have to return my items?

You have 28 days to return your items to us.

Do I need to pay you a restocking fee?

No.

Will you pay for the postage?

I am afraid not. As a small business, we can't offer free returns yet, but are looking to move to this in the future. Please make sure you get proof of postage, as it's your responsibility to ensure that the item is safely returned to us.

How to return your item(s)

You can post your item(s) back to us however you wish, but please obtain proof of postage when you post your parcel. You are responsible for the safe delivery of your order and we will not be able to refund you if we do not receive the order and you have no proof of postage.

Refund processing times

Providing that your item is unused and in their original packaging, we will refund you within 14 days from the day on which we receive your returned order back from you. 

Faulty goods

You have a legal right to return faulty or misdescribed products and receive a full refund for the products. You should know that you also have a legal right to return your complete order to us and that you can expect to receive a full refund of the products  if you send the order back to us within the period of 14 days beginning the day after you received your order.
