Please note, we might ask for a photo if the item is faulty - we appreciate all feedback so that we can become better at what we do.
How long do I have to return my items?
You have 28 days to return your items to us.
Do I need to pay you a restocking fee?
No! Of course not :)
Will you pay for the postage?
I am afraid not. As a small business, we can't offer Free Returns yet, but are looking to move to this in the future. Please make sure you get proof of postage, as it's your responsibility to ensure that the item is safely returned to us :)
How to Return your item(s)
As a small business, we cannot offer free returns yet, but we're working towards it!
You can post your item(s) back to us however you wish, however, please obtain proof of postage when you post your parcel. You are responsible for the safe delivery of your order and we will not be able to refund you if we do not receive the order and you have no proof of postage :(
